Transparency is important

I ordered eight bottles of organic Neem in January 2023. When they were delivered, I discovered they all expire on the same day, 23 April 2023. You should have let customers know on the website while ordering so people like me would not have wasted my money, which is really sad especially in the current economic climate. I can only finish two bottles before the expiry date. I have given one star because of the lack of transparency, it is not good customer service at all. Ordering and delivery were okay but I’m not pleased at all because I’ve wasted my money on six bottles that I can’t use.

No transparency in Expiry date.

The sale advert did not say the expiry day which is April 2023.
I bought 5 bottles of 60 tablets which means at least 3 bottles would have expired by April. There should have been the transparency of the expiry date which would have helped to determine number of bottles bought!!!
I know there are other customers with same complaint.
That was not fair advertisement.

Neem

I did my research and found Dhow,
I needed neem, gilory and turmeric however I am vegan therefore I was particularly strict so these guys were just a blessing. Great packaging and good delivery time not the best but good enough, I will be ordering my next batch 5 days before my supply finishes.
